1. Return Eligibility
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Perishable items (like fresh groceries) are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
Products must include all accessories, manuals, and free gifts (if any).
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Provide a photo of the damaged or defective product for verification.
We will offer a replacement or full refund once verified.
3. Return Process
We have 3days return policy. Contact our customer service via email or phone with your order number and reason for return.
Package the product securely in its original packaging.
Ship the product back using the provided return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your return.
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be credited via the original payment method within 7 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges for products of the same type and value, subject to availability. If its approved the Exchanged/Replacement product will be delivered within 5-7 days
