1. Return Eligibility

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Perishable items (like fresh groceries) are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

  • Products must include all accessories, manuals, and free gifts (if any).

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Provide a photo of the damaged or defective product for verification.

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund once verified.

3. Return Process

  • We have 3days return policy. Contact our customer service via email or phone with your order number and reason for return.

  • Package the product securely in its original packaging.

  • Ship the product back using the provided return instructions.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your return.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Approved refunds will be credited via the original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Exchange Policy

  • We currently offer exchanges for products of the same type and value, subject to availability. If its approved the Exchanged/Replacement product will be delivered within 5-7 days
